RETURNS POLICY
All products purchased at any of the Total Tools Namibia stores and or Online, with the exception of Gift Cards, are covered by this Total Tools Namibia Returns Policy. Total Tools Namibia is totally committed to customer satisfaction.
IMPORTANT NOTICE CONCERNING RETUNS:
Total Tools Namibia has a strict policy regarding returns of products purchased. All products must comply to the following criteria to be considered for a return:
- Original Invoice issued not older than 7 days
- Undamaged complete original Packaging.
- Product must be unused.
- Clearance items are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Orders shipped outside of the Namibia are not eligible for return
We do not refund shipping or freight charges on any orders or returns.
A. CHANGED OF MIND
We will not provide a refund where you have changed your mind about products purchased from Total Tools Namibia. All returns will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
B. RETURN
If General returns policy criteria have been met refund in the form of a voucher will be issued with a 10% Administrative handling fee.
C. EXCHANGES
We will happily provide an exchange where you have purchased the incorrect product. If General return policy have been met, we will exchange the product for any other product to the minimum of the same value.

D. FAULTY PRODUCTS
Total Tools Namibia fully stand behind all our products. If the item does not work on unboxing the item will be subject to the returns policy. The item upon inspection will be assessed and if found that the item is faulty it will be exchanged for the same product. The inspection will be done within 2 working days as this is done at our technical center.
E. ONLINE PRODUCTS
Carefully review your shipping and billing information for accuracy before submitting your order. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
WARRANTY POLICY
The warranty period is 12 months from the date of sale.
The owner of the instrument has the rights to have the product repaired free of charge during the warranty period for those faults resulting from manufacturing defects. Preventive maintenance of the power tool (cleaning, flushing and re-lubrication change) during the warranty period is a paid service.
The owner of the power tool entrusts diagnostics to a service centre in his absence.
Potential violations of the above warranty conditions will be reported to the owner after the power tool has been diagnosed at a service centre.
A. THE WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER
- interchangeable accessories (accessories and equipment), for example: discs, knives, drills, chucks, soles of grinders and belt machines, filters and consumables, etc.
- wearing parts such as: carbon brushes, drive belts, oil seals, protective guards, idler rollers, rubber seals, bearings, toothed belts and wheels, barrels, etc. Replacing them during the warranty period is a paid service.
- power cords and plugs, in case of damage or plug replacement in which case the warranty will be voided.
- replacement of the power tool case.
B. WARRANTY REPAIR IS NOT CARRIED OUT IN THE FOLLOWING CASES
- The tool is used for purposes other than purposes which are specified in the operating instructions.
- failure due to overload (failure of the armature, rotor and stator windings or both stator windings – is detected only during diagnostics at the service centre).
- mechanical damage to the power tool.
- the occurrence of deficiencies due to the actions of third parties and operator (insufficient maintenance) , force majeure, natural disasters, adverse weather conditions and / or external influences of aggressive environments ( moisture, corrosion and high temperatures)
- normal wear of the tool: full or partial depletion of the resource, strong internal or external contamination, rust, used lubricant in the gearbox (see the chapter “Safety instructions” in the user manuals).
- damage to the tool due to power surges.
- damage to the product due to non-compliance with the storage and transport regulations (see chapter “Safety instructions”).
- after attempts to open, repair, make structural changes and lubricate the power tool during the warranty period, as evidenced, for example, by creases on the spline parts of the body parts fasteners.
- breakdowns associated with lack of maintenance of the power tool.
- partially or completely disassembled power tool.
C. REPAIRS PROCEDURES
- the item will be booked in and send to the technical and service center for an assessment and a quotation for repair cost.
- a quotation for cost of repairs will be sent to the client.
- repairs will only be made after the quotation is approved by signature and full payment of quotation has been made.
